Today a tribute to the sign language interpreters by special request from a home support worker. Five fingers making the sign for aroha, rosemary so we remember those less fortunate than ourselves and the expressive faces of heartsease and snapdragons. Sage and thyme as soothing to sore throats, most of us know how tiring it is to talk, more tiring surely to interpret at speed and more physically taxing.
Thank you interpreters.
Scuffin recipe still to come!
