Indian window this evening, lots of paisley pattern which is actually mango, which is actually representative of the human heart. A couple of photos of my dad in India at the end of the last world war. Some lotus blooms and some wood blocks including an elephant symbolic of overcoming obstacles. The necklace is of seeds that are believed to offer protection and there is a winding thread (sutra) . The flower is the deliciously scented galangal. The bird represents how we are all connected with no boundaries.
