Thinking of our Australian cousins and friends today. Some of the best holidays we’ve ever had were in Australia. And kindest woman we have met anywhere, when we lived in Berowra Heights, Sydney.
Unique wildlife, fabulous ginger and stunning vegetation.
Sadly no bottlebrush out here but some colourful pineapple sage giving a strong scent reminiscent of juicy Australian pineapple.
I’m liking the koala on the hat.
Where do you keep all this stuff?!

I have it cunningly dispersed in plain sight. It will be fun when you come and visit when we are in safer waters and you can play spot the object. They have all been carefully selected over the years for when I start my residential reform school for the overly minimalist. I liked the look of the glogg bottle and it reminded me of the first two weeks in the apartment in Gamla Stan central Stockholm when Steve was called away to another country and Ross and I could venture out into the snow to the supermarket virtually underneath us to get warming and interesting supplies. The bottle came with a little packet of raisins, cinnamon, other spices and almond flakes that you added and then heated.

I look forward to my email…Steve says you should let him know…he could try and co-ordinate with a flag!
